why is dathdude banned

does this mean our faction is void? He can't even login to forums to appeal.
Dathdude was a donator, I don't think i will be donating.

There's nothing stopping him from logging in to the forums, and further, this will be followed up appropriately. However making comments like "looks like I won't be donating", doesn't win you many favors around here.

Conducting a quick review, Appears ban was for abusing staff. This will be followed up with a log review and discussion with the staff member involved.

He was abusive towards me in private messages.
Unless he apologizes via email he'll stay banned.
