Why do blocks keep reloading when i break them on my claim?

Blocks keep reloading on my claims when I break them and I do not know why could anyone explain why it keeps happening? Perhaps a 1.5.2 bug? or just server lag?

If any mod/admin could tell why it would be greatly appreciated.

Dont worry about that its just lag that happens to me alot
