M1CH43L was found with 40 stacks of diamonds he gained by breaking diamond blocks placed as decorations... he even admitted to 0zlw that he BLAMED swiftninja and got them banned... and yet him and his absolutely foul mouth get only a warning???? and when i mined half a stack of diamonds a while ago using an xray type mod i lost them and got jailed for it....
why isnt he in jail too? that makes me and a LOT of other players very unhappy... what makes him so special? :evil:

I'm sorry, I don't recall ever dealing with anyone called M1CH43L and I'm not quite sure where you got that impression for. I have never punished, dealt with or done anything else with M1CH43L and I don't like being blamed for something that I supposedly didn't do. Please add more information immediately.

If he said something to me in passing while I was dealing with something, then I didn't notice it, because I do multiple things at once, but I wasn't the one to jail/punish him. Please get facts right before you have a rage at us.

If I was responding to the situation as you suggested it, there is clearly a track record of me issuing bans or some other form of punishment.

Swiftninjah was banned based on a full trade log review prompted by a staff member indicating that some people were gaining questionable amounts of money, not because of anything michael may have said or done.

i didnt say YOU responded, in fact you where involved at the time... but he did admit he blamed swiftninja... i read that much, and the people who dealt with it where james and mod assistant thechosenone...

dont go all high horse and act like im making this at all about you 0z, because its not about you at all... this is about m1CH43L and him not being punished for his crime...
