What do you do when you find unclaimed houses

Well for me i leave a sign saying Please claim to stop griefing and losing if it happens do ./modreq to get help Good luck AtomicKiwi13

I put something like that on the sign so what do you do

I simply /modreq Found an unclaimed house. and it gets sorted pretty quickly.
