Hey fellow users! Us UA's (and Igneel32!) We're thinking of running an event on Lolnet these holidays! (Yay!) Sorry if it's a lot of writing but how else was I supposed to explain it? :p

Okay, so I have a small list of possibilities:
(The not so creative ones :p)
- Hunger Games tornument (fight to the death >:))
- Build-a-thon (may the best builder win! :p)

(The more creative and original ones)
- Cactice (I'm quite keen on this one XD) (Ice floored arena, cactus surrounding it. Knockback sticks equals hitting players into wall of cactus? Pretty creative right?! Last player standing wins!)

- Go home stay home (A person who is 'it'. Placed in a holding room for around 30 seconds, other players run and hide, they have no armor or weapons, except for a knockback stick. Player who is 'it', gets released in the 'home' point and has a sword. The 'it' person must find all other players and kill them. The runners have to get to the 'home' point without getting killed. First person to the middle gets to be the 'it' person in the next round.... sound familiar this game?)

- Capture the flag (sounds fun too) (Two corners opposite each other, chests in each corner, one chest in the middle containing a banner. There are two teams. Each person has a sword, and when timer goes, they go in for the chest and when a player who makes it to the chest, they take the banner out and will attempt to take it back to home base.... that player has to try and not get killed! The player has to reach home base and place banner in chest. That team wins! Unless! (Dun dun dun!) An opposing player kills the player with the banner, the player will drop the banner but not the sword of course. The killer, or anyone else, can pick up the dropped banner and bring back to home base. This cycle can happen again and again until the banner has reached a home base chest).

- Spleef tornument (not quite sure what it is.... anyone care to explain? XD)

Top 3 of creative ones credit to Igneel
4th one of creative one credit to Doom

Now it's up to you guys! Vote on the one you like most, or if you don't like either of them, offer your own ideas! (Just make sure you explain them, or we might not know what your idea is! XD)

-CoolBurl :p

P.S. Enjoy your holiday! XD

Spleef is where there is an arena covered in snow. There are layers of snow and underneath the last one there is lava or whatever. When you fall into it you are out of the game (until next round).
You are given a shovel to break the snow and you have to break blocks under other players to make them drop to the bottom layer. Search it up if this isn't helpful xD

OMG! Yes! That kind of thing sounds awesome! Ethan said that we should do all of them.. I agree. But how could the events be set out? One every day? All of them in a day? I'm not quite sure.... thanks for the explanation Doom! :D

P.S. Yes Jelly, of course you can join! :p We will need all the help we can get :)

I say maybe a couple on each weekend?
Then just some random minigames throughout the days

Good idea... we should go with that, so that way we won't be overloaded or underloaded (is that even a word? XD).

Enthusiasm and events are good.

Actually running an event is better.

There is typically a cycle of loads of enthusiasm for some project, then the project starts, it goes a bit, and then slowly fades away and dies as the people who were working on it run off to play games.

Rather than try to talk and plan lots of events, why not take one, any one, and go run it? Running an event makes you better at running the next event, and you have more enthusiasm for doing more. Planning one and running one feels like a success. Planning 13 and running one feels like a failure. Too much talk and no work kills your drive to do things.

So plan one event, go run it, and use that as a springboard for the next event.

Just a suggestion.
