Using Mumble

If i use mumble in lolnet Should i download it from www.mumble.com ? and after i download that should i extract some files into minecraft bin or something? sorry im a newbie for mumble lol.

download the standard mumble from that site, once installed it should automatically bring up a list of local area servers, including lolnet.
