New people wouldnt have many posts. The amount of posts you have shouldn't matter. You should be active and a part of the community, and by doing this, like des said try being a part of the community of lolnet. You do that by being on our servers and our forums, 5 posts is easy to get, 10 posts is simple, however you just have to be an active participant of the server

just apply... shouldn't care about player's opinions don't ask and just apply
but don't do things like spam the forums for the minimum post limit to apply, people will "mark" you for that, just stay active and don't show "hunger" for rank actually apply if you really do help people and enjoy helping out. BTW don't apply now you have been here for maybe 3 weeks so play a little longer maybe 2 more weeks, since you are fairly new and when you apply again, good luck!
