Town Ideas (Boring)

Hi There Peeps,

Following on from my last post, I just would like to know what OTHER things I should have in my town. I DO have limits, as I am a regular user without fly, so not TOO extravagant, although, I do love a challenge! I already have a Council, Shop, Markets, City Center and Warp station but anything else would be much appreciated!
