Timed Out and Skyblock

Hi whenever I log in it says I get timed out and I haven't even been on the server!
Please could you help me to fix this problem.

Skyblock: my challneges have rest on skyblock and I cant get them back also could some one help me.

I have recently donated for a Diamond V.I.P and if I had to make a new account could you transfer the V.I.P to my new account if need be.

lel im back on now but there is another problem

Skyblock: my chickens and sheep have gone and some of the cows is this a glitch?
can it be fixed?
