Teamspeak server problem

Hey i was setting us a teamspeak 3 server for the lolnet server and i am having troubles...

it sais
TO ACTIVATE YOUR LICENSE:
1) Place the attached licensekey.dat file on the root directory of your TeamSpeak 3 Server installation folder.
2) STOP AND RESTART the TeamSpeak 3 Server master binary (exe) process.

Please DO NOT share your licensekey.dat file with ANYONE outside of your registered organization. Doing so may cause your license to be SUSPENDED.

Teamspeak 3 costs money... you can get a license for free if you go through their application process but in my opinion its not worth doing.

Mumble is higher quality and lower latency, although we have had trouble with people connecting every now and then.

I can look at setting one up if the demand is higher as our mumble server hasn't been used much lately.

It's just that i have already gone throught that process, but i am just having troubles. I dont know how to do it...
I get know what you are saying, its just in my oopinion, teamspeak would be easier.
With the mumble server.. is it just like the normal server just u can talk?

I have had teamspeak 3 recently and it is by far the best option
I just need some help setting it up :/ (read the forums)
