Teamspeak 3 connection problems

Hey guys. when i try to join the teamspeak server i type in 203.184.52.210:9987, BUT when i press connect, down the bottom in the chat box is said trying to connect to 203.184.52.210
And it is confusing me. And the same type of thing for mumble, i type in the correct IP but it sais that i was disconnected by the server?

any help would be appreciated

The mumble server is reporting that you have the wrong version of mumble... It could be my end that I need to update but just double check.

And with teamspeak it hasn't even picked up you tried to connect, that could be my end as I've only just setup the server.
You probably don't need the :9987 at the end of the IP for teamspeak
