(Ok, so this is kinda just a shameless post to increase post count for the sake of PM'ing)
Has anyone else in Christchurch just been upgraded to Slingshots Better Network recently ? I didn't even know they had it in Christchurch until I received a txt from them saying there were upgrading us.
Luckily no-one was home during the upgrade, and by the time I got home from work everything was working again, which is actually quite surprising considering what I've read on the Slingshot forum (not to mention Geekzone)
Were now at 17134 Down /1824 Up (Kbps) which is quite nice, seeing at we were at 900 odd up, and 14000 odd down just this morning.
Still can't wait for Fibre tho!
