Shop Opening Dates?

Is anyone aware of when the two 'closed' shops at BuyMore are opening? I only wonder because one of them seems to be selling enchanting goods. Thanks in advance.

They're only closed because we didnt have the time to set proper prices before it opened. It'll be completed when I have the time.
