Server is offline or has crashed

at the 2/05/2013 the server had a crashed between the time of 3:am and 5:am.
Lately the server has had some issues with server restart.
Server crashes and player kicks are becoming common and a problem.

I'm pretty sure there has been a noticeable decrease in crashes/kicks during the busiest hours of the day, It's certainly no where as bad as 3 or 4 days ago.
