Recording Without Media Rank?

Are we allowed to record videos on the server without getting a Media application/rank? I'm asking because I was planning on starting a series in which I record all my gameplay while on the server, all vanilla of course. So yeah, just wondering.

Yup you most certainly can, you don't need the media rank to record videos but you might want to check out applying if your going to be doing a lot of videos.

It's mostly a test for now, as I'm just starting up a new youtube channel. If everything goes to plan and I start to build an audience, I'll probably apply for Media rank. Thanks, CptWin.
