Random logout glitch

i'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but what is that random thing when you log out and you log back in after maybe 5 mins and you find your self dead?

Are you actually disconnecting from the server?
If you are AFK and/or log out of the registration system you can still die.

Oh ok so people can kill us a few mins after we logout?

As far as I know once you have logged in (and your in War World) it enables PVP. Even if you then log out.
Logging out or going AFK doesn't protect you
