Now let's just review this case quickly. For a start I jailed you and removed diamonds from you (and other tools) for x-raying. This was because 1, you have a 10% hit rate on diamonds. 2. You left obvious x-ray tracks, 1*2 tunnels that go straight towards diamonds. Now your ban is for 1 hour. This is because I told you, you could appeal the decision on the forums and that any further ingame discussion will result in a temporary ban. You continued to dispute this and as such have been temp banned for 1 hour. This is reasonable action.

And its fairly obvious when you make tracks straight towards diamond...
Plus a total of 200 blocks to 20 diamond is very, very unlikely.
Lets do the math:
That's 10% of your total blocks mined are diamond. Of which diamond has a 0.09% chance of occurring.
The probability of that happening is 0.00000000000000000000121576655%
You literally have more chance of being:
An astronaut: 0.00000231%
Winning an Olympic medal: 0.000662%
Killed by lightning: 0.0000232%
...
A 1 hour temp ban isn't that harsh, most other servers would ban you completely for using X-Ray

I do believe you think I have been hacking although why does the admin strip me of all my items without myself having a chance to say anything? Although I believe that my footsteps looked 'dodgy' I don't believe that you needed to ban me on the statistics of my mining. I also would like to raise the point that even though I have found some items today, I have not only just been mining diamonds, I also had numerous gold, iron, coal, and redstone in my inventory also. If I had been hacking why would I have fell into lava this morning and lost all my inventory including my enchanted diamond armour I received as a gift from Shnicks?
I do not wish to argue that the admin has abused his rights although next time anything like this happens I would like to think that he discuses this matter with someone or a higher rank.

... I believe you emanuel but 0z is doing his job too i know it sucks to be banned and yep Cptwin i mined 64 diamonds in Heroic Craft by digging straight forward... Dont blame people.Just accept it emanuel he is a admin after all.Oh yea and dezil dont say that. Doing it without an administrator could also be quite risky because hidden administrators come online so stop using nodus and have a better minecraft life
