Hello, I have found a really cool plugin called NoLagg. What it basically does is automatically clears lag by
1. Removing Mobs/Entities
2. Reloading the server and Automatically saving it
3. It helps when worldediting (Reduces the lag considerably)
4. It also takes away some lag caused by items laying around after explosions.
5. Good thing is that it's updated to 1.4.2 so it's compatibable

We're already well aware of NoLagg, and we use, the examine aspect of it to analyse lag on the server.
