Nether Portal not working!

Hey admins and mods,
do any of you guys know why nether portals aren't working?
Because I made one and tried to activate it normally (with a flint-&-steel), but it didn't work.
Is this something I'm doing wrong? Or is it not working?
Because I've seen plenty of people go to the nether on lolnet, so is it a temporary problem, because I am really wanting to do some stuff there, but this is really stopping me.

Yeah no one currently including Moderators and Admins can build nether portals. We're not sure of the issue at fault here so for now you can just use the warp sign to the nether.
