For a start you can calm down and not post messages on caps lock. Second of all this should be posted in the correct forum (Ban Appeals).

Your friend was caught using X-ray and as such all of his possessions with the limits of reason have been treated as such. We picked up an extremely lard haul of Diamond Blocks that were at your place not enough that you could legitimately gain from mining. We welcome you to make a reasoned request on the forums in the correct category with precise information of what you believe you should be entitled too. Shouting and lashing out does not help your case.
