Im not sure if this is possible, if not i have been building for nothing

Would like some feedback on how we could do this!!

I would also love a hand in making it, if anyones keen

absolutely xrtradog i want to try get as many people in on making this as possible, Ya know.... community spirit n stuff i wont be back on till about the 8th as i have hit my 100 gig limit 0_0, but if i see ya in game il let ya know when im working on it, the ring itself is in southgate, turn right at the lighthouse and go in a straight line untill u see it sitting on the water!!! ( its not out on its own, it is next to some of the last building you come across before the open sea) wish i could remember the co-ordinates
