keep getting DC'ed

hi i keep getting DC'ed after maybe 10 mins of game play, my game was running fine and smoothly last night but this morning it is not letting me play. i have forced an update to the game but that did not help and when i open the multiplayer tab the servers are shown but all have a red (X) under them saying [Incompatible FML modded server 0 mods present]. do i need to re-install ?

I would love to help, but you need to include some more information. For example: what pack you are crashing on; what version you are using; which launcher are you using? Also if you can give us a link to a crash report, it will help us even more.
