was just doing some desktop cleaning and wondering if there would be a possibility of getting a lolnet icon for the launcher weather just the icon image type (no idea what format that is) or updated in next launcher update?

There is a .exe version of the launcher available that has an icon https://www.lolnet.co.nz/LolnetLauncher.exe

LolnetLauncher.exe I think is just what you need, I use it and its great, works just like the .jar but with an icon and splash screen.
