I need 4 people for a secret project

Sooooo I am currently making another Project but this time I would want to finish it... If you'd want to apply you need the following requirments...
1. good aqua gear
2. patience
3. tools (pickaxe)
4. lots of sand
What you'd get is 15 diamonds OR a 100% (just don't be too greedy ) profit I get from the project ^_^

When there are 4 people who'd comment here that they would love to help me I will meet them in the area which i still haven't claimed cuz i need 3364 claim blocks and i only got like a few claimblocks (1.1k)

PS this Is a very big project and it might take us 2-6 weeks if I calculated that right (I actually didn't) feel free to also guess the project in the comment sections but I still wont tell what would it be
