How to get unbanned

Dear Admins/Moderators
My Name Is Mark and I have been banned from Lolnet for a long time.
I want to know how I can get unbanned because I have been banned forever.
I really enjoy the Lolnet Minecraft Server because I enjoy minecraft and the server is in New Zealand so that means no lag! Also It wa the best server I have ever been on because this server has great plugins, staf and friendly users. I would really like to get unbanned.

"Why did you log into the admins account and impersonate them?"
