How do we make a hotel?

This is Onete. How do you make a hotel like the one that lolnet had before it made the new spawn. I wanted to make one but then realised that people could grief other people and I don't want that to happen to any of my clients.

The fix

just tell them not to otherwise you will ban them
or you could just make separate claims or try doing /help and find permission trust or something and you could have there very own chest rooms just outside the hotel.
