Flats for the newly arrived

Hey all. I know that homes and helps for new players are very common, and people are making new ones all the time (for example, check out JohnnyEC's informational village for new players), but I was a bit bored so I thought I would do one as well. I have created basically a condominium for new players. Each person gets their own flat complete with bathroom, bedroom, bookshelf, sitting area, double wide chest (stocked with 10 cobble, 10 wood planks, 10 potatoes, 10 carrots, 10 melon slices, 10 bread, and 10 seeds), furnace (stocked with 10 coal), crafting table, and a dirt patch out back. The flat has carpeting and pictures on the walls. Each flat is made of a different material (so far I have birch, oak, junglewood, stone, soul sand, and sandstone). The area also has a lounge and communal mine. About half of them are filled, and as they fill up more I will create more. Every flat is built on it's own claim, so each person will only have access to the things in their flat and the communal areas. I am on a lot during the day, but not very much at night, so that might make it a little hard, but if someone sends me mail in game I will try and get to it the next time I log on.
