I am the Author of this plugin which lolnet is currently using
I aimed to start making bukkit plugins once Minecraft API was released but because of the high demand for a private chat mode for Factions and some way to message ally I created this plugin for lolnet.
I published this plugin on dev.bukkit.org so it would benefit others as this is a high demand plugin.
I am at the moment constantly updating this plugin but lolnet is getting the lastest version first and I believe lolnet is the best minecraft server and should always come first
