EnderChest placement

Hello lolnetians its lorddoug with an inquiry into the placement of EnderChests, now this may have been fixed since but after crafting said EnderChests i noticed i was unable to place them and my question as to why in the chat went un-answered so can someone please tell me if you need special permissions or they are straight up banned because i am a bit confused.

Currently enderchests can not be used on the server in any way shape or form. This is because of the obvious issue, that if every player can only access their own enderchest there is no way for for Mods and Admins to be able to inspect or deal with a player's inventory contained within an enderchest.

ahh of course i also assumed that it would have also enable the smuggling of items into warworld but thank you for the clarification.
