Donation issue

Hey guys,

I made a donation a couple days ago, after completing the process realized it didn't ask for my ingame name, so I emailed the main email account asking for the donation to be placed against my name ingame, however the email seems to have been ignored/overlooked?

Any idea who is meant to be sorting these issues? I'm prepared to continue donating, however only if an issue like this can be sorted.
