Do claim blocks add up everyday?

Such as 100 claim blocks a day? Because I'm up to about 1600 claim blocks and had been reluctant to claim things before because I had a very small amount of claim blocks. Also, are personal warps found at the Personal_1 and Personal_2 signs used to advertise shops and such that players have made? If so, how can I get one?

Claim blocks increase based on active play time. It will keep going up. Warps in the warp station can be used for things like shops, but the cost barrier of 100k may be prohibitive.

$100,000 should be fine eventually. XP is a great way to get money, but it can be a bit of a grind. For now, Pwn-tions is going to be known by word of mouth.
