Diamonds and ores gone :'(

Ok my friends brother has x-ray and i was not aware of this, and all of the diamonds and ores that he has mined are gone im ok with that, but when the diamonds and ores in MY area of MY base are gone that I'VE legitimately got through mining and buying through shops i see no reason to take that away when i have done nothing wrong, and i have been playing on this server for over several months and think this server is great but i really think that its stupid to take MINE away as well, so could someone please fix this

Okay while I understand a large majority of your anger and frustration, I am left with the issue that you still had an extremely large amount of diamond blocks in your possession. I would be willing to consider returning a portion of it if you provide details on how much your truthfully believe to be gained legally. An itemized list would be approriate for discussion.

I had about 5 stacks of 64 iron that ive mined or bought
I had 19 diamond blocks that ive mined or bought
I had 11 gold blocks i think, that ive mined and smelted
and 13 lapiz blocks i think , that ive mined
if you give a portion of i back that will be fine :|

we have had users report those items and there legitness aswell, this was a long winded decision that you were lucky to come out of with what you did. consider yourself lucky noid99
