Diamond VIP Warp Error??

Hey guys,
So I am diamond donator..... and recently when I have tried to make a warp by /createwarp (name) it has been taking 9K out of my account.... whereas before i could make them for free but just pay the 1K from putting the sign in....
Why is this?

free /createwarp (or /setwarp) and warpsigns was in the old GoldVIP but was not given for any of the new donator ranks Including Diamond.

I have confirmed this with cptwin before I created the warpsign plugin that charges you.

All ranks last for a maximum of 1 Year from donation and can be changed and removed at any time.

Its just before I could make free warps and now I cant.
Just was wondering if this was an error

I said you should be able to use /warp

Yes we can use /war but I just wanted to know is it a server error when we try to make warps and it makes us pay for it which normally we don't have to pay for it

Which James said is not a server error and is actually intentional in his post above. The normally is the system got changed from the old system to another, and any normal under the old system has no relation to the current system.
