Dear friends,

I probably should not start like that as most of you hate me :(
But, as I think over my past ban, I realise, that, I could be a lot nicer and less abusive. I also realise that this appeal will most likely be denied, for reasons that I previously stated and the fact that I have been abusive and rude to christp123 and mikemike, as well as JohnnyEC, Winterbunny007, danthemab and a couple more who's names I cannot remember. I have also advertised on your server, but, everybody has to start somewhere, however I only wish that I had the brains to do it on a less favoured server. For this I apologise so much that if I say it any more I might be sick :) .

This is not an appeal so much as an apology (Previously stated :p ), to everyone, even those who were not on at the time. If this appeal were to be accepted, I would certainly become more humble and respectful towards staff and players alike.

The only reason I am lying on my bed, in my pyjamas with a cup of english breakfast writing this is... lolnet is by far the best server I have ever played on. Some banned me for pushing a button which I was instructed to push by a mod :( . Some had no players on. And most were dutch :lol: . Yes, without a doubt, lolnet is my favourite and I would be sad (I am now) to be banned, for good.

I feel I am deeply shamed on lolnet, and am no longer as highly regarded as I was before.
So, as much as you despise me, please lolnet, please forgive me for my rudeness, advertising, disrespectfulness and basic 'Ain't nobody got time for DAT' attitude.

Perhaps, hopefully someone out there will realise that this is a truly heartfelt apology, and support me.

As a matter of fact, I would quite happily be muted, rather than face losing my favourite server.

Thank you for your time, which you have kindly devoted to reading my appeal.

As I ate dinner I realised that among other things I bypassed a lolnet ban, for which I am deeply sorry for, but I felt I must try and apologise, so I bypassed, but got 'Shut Down'. So this is my apology complete now. (Hopefully :D )

Branchy if you knew what you were doing was wrong then why did you do it in the first place? You advertised a server which is a big restriction on the lolnet server yet you do it anyways. Cptwin banned you permanently and you bypassed which is also a really big restriction. I think it'd be best if you go and find another server. Not only did you advertise but you were harassing all the mentioned players in your post including me. You also threatened to report christp123 because of cyberbullying. We were not bullying you we were clearly stating that you have been permanently banned for server advertising and you bypassing a ban is going to get you into worse problems such as an IP ban. Like I said, you already bypassed a permanent ban and you can't change anything about that so... It's best if you find another server.

Another thing, you don't know the logistics of this whole thing, so I think it's best that you leave it between the staff and I. Do not get involved. And I know it was you that reported me for the signs, but, thats fine, thats enough though, you do not know much about this so go away nosey parker, and look into a course on how to not stick your nose into another players business.

And you say you weren't harassing :p BTW christp123 is technically staff and you were harassing him too which means you are abusing staff and you clearly stated that this is an apology to everyone not only staff so I'm giving my opinion so don't take it too hard and you clearly mentioned me in your post, making me part of your "business".

Ok i may not met branchy but due to his actions right now johny is one of the people u harrased soo he does have right to talk and this apeal may not be accepted due to ur actions right now ik i shouldnt butt in to other people bussiness but ive been here in lolnet for 4 months and i like this server and i dont like players insulting each other for they are people too we must respect one another.

Dear those who are sceptical about my appeal,

I know full well that this appeal may not be accepted, but, like you 'Assasin', I enjoy lolnet greatly, because otherwise I would have moved on. If you had read the appeal I apologised to lolnet in general, for my rude and obnoxious behaviour. In fact, it isn't even an appeal, rather an apology.

I have already asked you to remove your nose from where it doesn't belong and you continue to fight against me. You do not know me well in game, yet you still try and keep me off the server. I'm supposing this is because you want to be a UserAssistant, badly, and you thing narking on everyone else, and making their experience miserable, is going to make you more successful. Its Not.

Two things, one, you are not a Mod, so don't go there and two, you are right, you were never on the server, so therefore, you sir have no valid reason to behave like a Mod/Admin when it doesn't apply to you.

I never knew you in-game, if I did, we wouldn't have this conversation. I also told you this is my opinion so you are taking it way too hard. Me doing this because I want to become User Assistant is all on you kiddo :D and mentioning me in your post is making me part of your "business." So really you need to learn that if you don't want me to get involved in this, don't put my name :) and I am not trying to keep you off the server because for one, I don't know you. 2, you already bypassed a ban, abused staff,harassed players, and advertised... no argument there :p. I am not trying to sabotage anybody's experience with the server. I never was fighting :D you on the other hand decided it'd be best to harass someone in the forums just because he got involved.

I personally do not blame you for declining my apology. as I am really really obnoxious, but as far as voicing your opinions goes, I was voicing my opinions the day I got banned off branchy and you had major problems with that, might I just tell you.

You are making a mountain out of a molehill, as I have already apologised to you numerous times, but you keep pressing on and trying to keep me off lolnet. Also, if you do not know me, why the bloody hell are you interfering?

It kinda is my business either way since I was one of the victims you harassed sooo...
I'm not trying to keep you off the server, you broke numerous rules too, I'm sure staff would agree to not want a rule breaker on there server. The forums are for everyone so I do have the right to talk. If you're trying to get an appeal look at your votes that are saying no, people like assassin are agreeing with me and arguing with someone who is giving there opinion is not gonna make it look better.

P.S. I wouldn't have argues with you if you never told me it wasn't my business.

honestly branchy you were 1 warned not to advertise your server on lolnet. 2 you bypassed your ban. but i honestly think that you are a nice guy you just fell into the wrong crowd and I think you should come back personally but thats not my choice. you shouldnt have advertised but we all make mistakes its just in our nature. ill talk to a mod and see if i can help you out in anyway possible because even though others may see you as a bad person I see you as nice, caring, outgoing person in this community.
