REASON:

i lied about someone bugging the buymore. - i'm antisocial ( I DONT TALK TO ANYONE I DONT KNOW ON LOLNET), you guys coulda cheched your magical logs to back up my facts...

i didnt even use a single abusive word - just putting it out there

i did try to bypass - whats the worst someone could do that just got ban for lying do ?

(got that bypass acc ban...)

i bypass that - really... i even used a retarded acc name...

yet i get an ip ban...

i lied and bypassed it when you guys could just ignore me and take SELF RESPENSIBILITY and check the logs yourself...

if im ban i want my refund from this rubbish or i'll see what legal issue i can bring up with this (not a treat its the truth)

legal issue lol you made a donation you cant get a refund on a donation this is a non profit server the donations don't cover the upkeep so good luck with that legal challenge also for $5 it will cost you between 20 and 100 times that just to file papers with a court

Let me make this clear. You lied to staff, a bannable offense. Once I temporarily banned you for two days, you log on under another username, therefore avoiding a ban, resulting in a permanent ban. You then log on as ANOTHER account = ipban.

We shouldnt have to ignore you, we should be able to trust users on lolnet, as we try to build a good community, not a community full of self-righteous antisocial people like yourself.

And yes your ban will stay, its not the first time you have lied to staff and I doubt it would be the last if you were unbanned.

Oh, and as for getting a refund, NO. Do you understand what a 'donation' is? Its the act of giving goods or services, without expecting anything in exchange. And let me quote from the donations page: 'These are donations and we are gifting you perks so there are no refunds.' Cptwins words, not mine. Id like to see you try and take legal action over a donation. Wouldnt be worth anyones time or effort, unless, y'know, you have nothing better to do with your life.

Appeal is denied, but Im gonna leave the topic open for a little bit just to see what kind of excuse you can come up with.

also the donation is a donation. but it says that the terms are that i get creative for a full year, the server cut me off that privileged just short off my one year mark...

You were banned for lying to staff. That is a perfectly legitimate reason. Which also wasted our time trying to test out whether or not the "bug" was true. And once we were finished testing it you tell us it was a lie. Your attitude towards staff members has always been poor and we aren't there for you to push around and troll. And now you are trying to scare us with "legal" action which wont even work because as my fellow staff members have said it is a DONATION. Key word there being DONATION. Thank you for taking the time to write out a ban appeal but like titan said we'll deny it.

Yes, its about respect, and you disrepected the staff of lolnet when you lied to me, and try to avoid a ban. I dont give 2 shits if you have money or if you live in a box. And as the donation page says:

While at this stage I do not know the full details of this ban, of which I will investigate, I don't take legal threats lightly.

Unfortunately for you, if you take a quick scan through the New Zealand government legislation website you might be able to find the definition of donations, I thought I'd leave out the link so you can do some homework... the website is actually very interesting.

Legally we are not required to give or do anything for your donation, as your donation goes directly to paying for the server's bill, but to say thanks we apply certain perks on the server.

If you happen to get banned during this time, the terms quite clearly state:

All ranks last for a maximum of 1 Year from donation and can be changed and removed at any time.

Meaning that whoever donated for you agreed to those terms for the perks stated as well as understanding that they are making a donation, and not purchasing or buying anything as it quite clearly states Donation on every button on the website.
