Why do you dispute this/evidence:
After I pointed out that I wasn't using 'gay' as an insult, and stating the context, Mikhaila666 said: '[10:11:37] [Client thread/INFO]: [CHAT] [[A] Mikhaila666 -> me] And i don't fucking car. "Not debating" means, "conversation done". ' I was deeply offended by Mikhaila so openly swearing at me, which I asked him to not do, politely saying: '[10:12:27] [Client thread/INFO]: [CHAT] [me -> [A] Mikhaila666] Can you not swear please?

So how about i apoligize for swearing' I then had a look at the lolnet rules (/rules) and found that the first rule was 'Be respectful'. Assuming this cuts both ways, meaning staff be respectful to players & vice versa, I told Mik that this could be a learning experience for both of us, and apologised for being disrespectful to him. ' so I apologised yet again for being disrespectful and said that I did not want to debate this, something which he himself mentioned earlier, so I thought it would be appropriate to bring up again, so we were in a mutual agreement. He then banned me, for failing to understand 'Not Debating'. I dispute this because I suggested before the ban that we just stop debating this. I was prepared to apologise and carry on but it appears Mikhaila was not, for which I am rather confused about, as he did say he would apologise and move on a little bit earlier in our conversation.
Additional details/comments:
I still didn't receive an apology for his misconduct, which I was promised earlier in the conversation, and am still waiting for. I feel this ban was unjustified and I am willing to apologise again to Mikhaila for any offence my actions may have caused, even though I am still offended by his misconduct as an administrator of Lolnet, and as someone who, in my eyes, should be highly regarded and demonstrate all rules no matter what the circumstances. If anyone wants a copy of my full chat log for that period, I have pasted it below. I accept that my behaviour was unjust and I have apologised, as stated, time and time again.
