[Denied]My Ban Appeal

So yesterday afternoon, someone of the name "Doomagedan" was advertising my server on lolnet and got banned. Then one of your admins Mik comes on my forums telling me to tell my players to stop advertising my players on lolnet but he/she uses the word "lolnet" in the post and on my forums that counts as advertising. I go onto lolnet to tell Mik please don't advertise and then I get banned.

I never told any of my members to go advertise on lolnet so the reason of my ban doesn't make much sense to me since I didn't advertise nor take any responsibility for it. I understand advertising is prohibited on lolnet, I tried to stop Doomagedan from doing it but I can't control people. One thing is I'm sorry I didn't warn any staff on lolnet about it.
Reconsider please?

if you fell mik has broken your sever rules ban him from your server

your ban appeal is denied experience tells us that having you on our servers is no benefit to us, you are an owner of another server and weather you want to admit it or not is in competition with us. i feel that no matter what there will be more arguments and the easiest way to stop that is by not having you on

That someone, somehow is an Admin on your server?
