Do you accept what you have done: yes i do and im super sorry i've been this way

Why do you think your punishment should be reduced: because im really super sorry and i promise i will never ever do those things again, i just love this server to much to stay banned

Additional details/comments: sorry i'm like this i'm just super tense because i cant ever get enough sleep at night and school has been super stressful main thanks to my English teacher

You promise that you will never do those things again, but you've had 4 mutes, 5 kicks, and now 2 bans. This alone has shown that you do not learn from your mistakes and just keep pushing it. How would you show us that you will stick to your word?
