[Denied]Katsura ban appeal urgent notice

I would like to bring to your attention quite a few people have been talking about another server. I checked it out myself. I believed it is lolnet affiliate since when I logged on it had lolauth and I tried to reg but it says i already hav, most likely since I play lolnet...
So yea Katsu should b un banned if it is lolnet affiliate because it isn't advertising if it is...
I would just like to say the user is Katsu not Katsura because when I type in Katsu is says katsura

There is only one affiliate server and its mine any advertising outside of that is a bannable offence

lolnetAuth is a freely available plugin, you aren't an affiliate automatically by using it.
