[Denied]J09847 Ban

So, earlier today, my friend J09847 was banned. This isn't a problem for me, but then you IP banned him. J09847 and myself were at no0bin8r22's house at the time and this means neither of us can log in. Please unban the IP that you banned, as it is not the IP of J09847.

Ok. First, No0bin8r22 made inappropriate comments to me and then logged off. J09847 then logs on and makes similar inappropriate comments. I ban the username J09846, and then No0bin8r22 comes back on from the same ip. Explain why it wasnt just J09847, and why i should unban no0bin8r22s ip
