[Denied]i feel i have been unrightfully banned

To any admins

on the 16th or 17th of april i was banned for supposedly using x-ray and nodus (i dont even know what nodus is) and i can assure that i have not used any of these hacks or mods nor have i ever used hacks or mods not just on this server but on the whole game minecraft. I am highly against hacking espescially because my time on this server i was hacked multiple times by another user. I try to be as nice to everyone on this sever and in real life. Please help me understand why i have been banned.

you where banned because you admitted in chat that you liked using xray and flying mods (nodus) on lolnet because it made things so easy, then i gave you the choice of showing me where your loot from this was stored, in order for your ban to be less than permanent, you eventually did this and your loot was confiscated and stored for investigation, and your ban was set at 1 week.

Just going to support tommy there; Its best to accept the ban and move on, because players usually get permanent ban for offences like your one. Since there is 6days left; The Ban Will Stay; Thread Locked.

KRIMZIN as you decided to avoid this ban tonight you will now be permanently banned...
you have not provided any explanation towards why you would say that you where hacking or why you had so much in the way of diamonds gold and iron...

if this was truly a ban appeal then i would expect more in the way of remorse and sincere apology.

my account must have been hacked for i was not online at that time i was asleep
and the reason i made another account was to ask you why i had been banned.

are you able to find out if i was logged in when i said i like hacking. caouse if i wasnt that is proof someone else was on my account. You know i have been hacked before by pieman

This will be looked into by an admin, in future do not bypass a ban to try to talk to me... the forums are the ideal place for that, avoiding bans is usually met with a permanent ban

tommy i found the diamonds gold and iron in what looks like the old buymore underground near a giant fortress or something like that. the under ground building of what looked like a buymore had NO CLAIM and in my greed i took the diamond gold and iron im sorry.
But this brings foward further questions like WHY is there a giant underground buymore in the middle of no where and why did it not have any claim?

This is not our problem your account security is up to you and using this as an excuse is not going to get you unbanned

Do not bypass your ban by making another account that is stupid

I would like to think e-mailing CptWin would get you the same response as you are getting here he has intrusted the staff to deal with this kind of problem

So you say you didn't use X-ray but you griefed someone's build this is just as bad as hacking claimed or not you have broken a rule that most servers have

So in conclusion all blocks will be confiscated and your ban will be reduced from perm to 2 weeks

actually this ban has been set as permanent as it was in fact part of Schnicks_NZ city, he had the old buymore stored under the city and KRIMZIN decided to steal all the diamond, gold and a large number of iron blocks along with CPT_Patchy who is also up for a ban and item confiscation.

the reason the buymore wasnt claimed is because for some reason the region access deny flag had been removed by someone....

what you will find tommy is that my post was posted 2 hours before the post you made that was removed please read all the posts in a thread before you reply he is not banned permanently he is banned for two weeks
