[Denied]Banned for Misunderstanding?

i just got banned for "Illegitimate gains of diamond" and i had that issue sloved with james137137 about a month ago, i had alot of diamond in my chest and he was suspicious but we cleared all that up and i proved that me and my mate mined them, the reason there was alot was because the two of us spent weeks mining them, we gathered diamonds to sell to buymore for when it opens to gather money to build this town with my real life mate, i have a full backup of my story with my real life mate and i can prove i dont have any xray or other mods, i would realy like to get unbanned from this server as it is my Favorite and i feel like this is unjust, i gained my diamond legit and shouldnt be banned for excess diamond,

james137137 resolved this situation with me and things were fine for like a month so i dont understand how this has happened? and my mate told me that all my items including my store house have been deleted, can someone help me?

Your issue has not been resolved with a staff member and if it was they were clearly not aware of the server nature of the offending.

You have no less than 5 stacks of diamond blocks in your chests and have sold at least another 5 stacks. That is 10 stacks of blocks, or alternatively 10*64*9 for 5760 diamonds. This amount will never be legitimate.

Further, I've just looked at your mines and core protect patterns, and it clearly shows as being x-ray. Ban appeal will not be revoked.

[9:06:26 PM] Luke: hello 0zlw me and luke26 have been on your server for a very long time, me & him are very good at mining we watch videos on youtube & know very well where to find diamonds. you do not understand what you have done cause we have done nothing wrong. for the past month or so we have been mining just for gems mostly diamond because it sells good at buymore to get money to buy supplies easier at buymore, so we can make his town & the mansion. all that diamond was between me and Luke26 and we both went out into the wilderness and the back of oakthore where the land was mostly untouched and we just mined randomly and collected gold, iron and diamond, and we put them mostly into blocks to save storage, can you please unban him because he hasn't done anything wrong and we were having so much fun building our first good house, thanks 0zlw

I asked James137137 to review your most recent mines, and he reached the same conclusion independently of me that the diamonds had clearly been gained through X-ray. Your over 5000 diamonds that you have sold/collected were not gained legally and since this is the largest stashes of diamonds that have ever been recovered, your diamonds and small house was removed and you were temporarily banned.
