You have very poor judgement, Mark. You get warned, banned, and banned again like clockwork. You are not the "genius 10 year old". You're someone who doesn't bother to read the rules, or think about the rules.
Maybe spend some time reading each rule for the servers you play on, think about what it says, and maybe re-read the rules again, just to re-enforce your memory. That may help you on lolnet if you get un-banned, or on another server if it turns out you just blew your last chance.

Markmark, you have been warned, and banned, multiple times. Every time you promise that it will never happen again, and yet within a few weeks you are either warned or banned again. I'm really sorry man, but you were very clearly warned that if you were banned again it would be permanent, and then you went ahead and did something that is very obviously against the rules. You only have yourself to blame for the situation you are in.

Unfortunately you had been given enough chances for now mark. Refer to what mik and cash said, and take that into consideration.
