I believe i have been banned but not fair. a player took a lot of expensive items from my town then refused to give them back. i shot

his base then relised it was the wrong person so i helped to rebuild with dirt and gave him a diamond pick ant obsidian blocks for the inconvenience. keep in mind it was not his hosue but the mountain next to it i have never griffed someones base and it is not fair that i got banned as i havent destroyed anyone's TOWN. i have been helping so many new players that have started out with new items like armor food and wepons and advise like how to create a town and set the town spawn etc. just ask chalieclan and crazzybubba1234. i got banned unfairly, without warning and for not being told y. i only know as my mate who also plays on the sever said that someone said oh sorry i might of got Tydrorfit banned. i wasnt killing anyone and was just trying to scare the guy to give back the ME system and other items. i had no intentions to kill the player or destroy his base which i did nether of. Also my town has been grifed and we have found very large holes in our front lawn manny times as we didnt want to type /afk to sleep, if you look in chat history u will see a player say need dirt!!! which he said whilst hovering over the hole with a mining laser and lots of threats towards our base but nothing gets done about them and i get banned for nothing????
also i have recently put the mining lazer into the void chest as it was given to us and i didnt want it as to op plz reply and if u want me still banned plz let me give all my power armor and enderchest items to my friends in my town as they are exspensive

i think you have made a mistake you were at spawn shooting at one player you then tped to a new players base seconds after he made it and proceeded to shoot at that and at him so you were trying to kill 2 players and you have griefed the second players base. you also claim that the first player you were trying to kill stole from your town this is also not strictly true he picked up items from outside your town that were from another player that had died there.

so that's the events as the logs tell them very different from how you tell the story

at this stage you will not be unbanned and your items will not be given to any other players

I am sorry for shooting the second guys base but I thought it was the first guys base. If u lool u can see me rebuilding with dirt then giving a diamond pick wich he refused so I thought it was algood a couple of days have passed since then and I havent grifed since showing that I am not doimg it for the fun of it. Secondly the guy that pickep up the items did steel as the player that dropped them sad that we could have them. I am sorry for the inconvenience I caused the second player and swear it will not happen again. I am not a violent played but just got a bit hot headed when he took of with the items. I just a want a sever that me and my mates can play on and have fun. I am ashamed that I got power happy with the mining lazer and am upset as I have spent sooooo long building up the town and getting it ready for when the rest of my mates jump on during the holidays. Plz unban as I really want to be able to finish the town. U can closely monitor me and I will probably not touch a mining laser again. Plz understand that it was just in the heat of the moment and that it will not happen again kind regards Tydrorift

Ty-

You start out with a garbled story that ignores all the facts.
You mention "unfair" several times.
You lied, and didn't apologize.

Then after Dez spends time to figure things out, you change your story.

You shouldn't be shooting anyones base with a mining laser.

No one has time to "closely monitor you".

Losing your temper and breaking rules isn't an excuse, it's just stupid and gets you banned.

Next time you appeal a ban I suggest you stick with the truth, and apologize. Without that, no reason for Admin to unban you.

Your sins belong to you. There isn't a reason for admin to go punish people just for being your friends.

Your ender chest gets to just sit there, waiting for you if enough time goes by and you can make a ban appeal. It's keyed to you. An admin opening an ender chest opens their own.

Please make 123sprinkles the town leader. they have told me that they cannot add new players or delete/rename the town. james town was just an experimental name and know that i am not on they cannot change anything regard Tydrorift
