[Denied]Ban Appeal.

So I littletorres510 was banned under admittance of having an x-ray texture pack, not a mod nor hacked client which I am banned under.
I am permanently banned for admitting it although there is no proof of my use as I avoid using it, it annoys me.

The one time I used it I admitted to which was once in Hardcore when I used it to look inside my monster farm instead of breaking blocks to look inside.
I feel a permanent ban for such an action is unjust when there are a variety of people who use hacked clients for significant advantages and avoid punishment.

I then followed up by logging onto the IRC to talk to the team but as nobody was online I tried to log onto the lolnet server using a friends account so that I could talk to the mods about my thoughts on the ban, not because I was trying to bypass it as I have been on the server for almost 2 years I believe and would have just liked my account littletorres510 unbanned.
Upon logging onto the server and starting to talk to mod's I was instantly IP banned and not given a chance to reason with them.
Only recently was I told by beats1110 that I could appeal and so I am acting upon it.

I simply feel that a permanent ban for admittance of possession x-ray texture pack is unjust when I did not even use it to my advantage in comparison to some of the other ban appeals who had been let off.
This is my appeal and it would be appreciated if I may return to Lolnet which is the only server I have enjoyed my time on Minecraft over the past two years.

according to the logs in ban manager you were banned for griefing this was then upgraded to a perm ip ban for bypassing your original ban which is standered practice

so were you banned for having a texture pack or for griefing?

I realise that this is not my place to post things, but I just want to add something.

It has been extremely clear that X-rays.. Hacking.. And cheating in hardcore is taken a lot more seriously than on the other servers, as Hardcore revolves around fighting, survival ect.

Using X-ray at all is classified as cheating technically, and by using it you would be giving yourself an advantage over other players, even if it was to see inside a couple of blocks.

You also stated that there is no proof you used it.. Shouldn't you admitting to using it be enough? And then telling us what you did with it?

This is simply my take on whats happening. Sorry if I shouldn't be adding this mods/admins ect.

Filling in from what actually happened: Few users complaining about how they think little was using xray, as he used the public chat to describe what he could see underground. Then I had a talk to him about if he was using a xray, and the response I got was that the user had used xray before, and was banned from lolnet for using it and somehow was unbanned. Since that explanation did not satisfy me, about him not using xray again, I told the user I will be looking at the logs and just then the user decides to message me saying something within the lines of "actually I used it once to look inside my base".

So to get to the point here...You are not getting a second chance, you were already banned for greifing and xray before, you also logged in from another account, playing dumb with me, as if its not you.

Conclusion: The ban appeal is denied, and we do not have any space in our community for cheaters who have already been given a chance before to improve themselves.

In 2012 I was banned for x-ray for a month by titan_of_time, at which point I did use it at an advantage.
I claimed in the previous post that I had logged on through another account in order to talk to the mods as there was nobody on IRC and I didn't have forums in mind as I never really use them. It was a bit of a panick mistake as I wanted to talk to mods to avoid permanent ban as i'd put large amounts of time into the server and it showed as a perma ban first time.
For that it was a mistake out of despair.
Griefing was a temp ban by Izaak a month ago (guessing).
The x-ray is not present in use of my activities and I admitted to usage when I could have kept quiet and avoided all punishment, I believe that requires acknowledgement at least.

The "playing dumb" I spent 5 minutes trying to log in because at first I thought I had tolog in to talk.
Then when I figured out how to do that I got banned but when it was mentioned that I was littlletorres510 I typed "wait" and was writing an appeal.
And a difference between using it for great advantages in 2012 to once using it for checking of a structure is a significant improvement and so I'm requesting of a ban more along the lines of 6 months instead of permanent ban as when I do return to minecraft I would like to play on the only server I've enjoyed on minecraft and I'm sure you'd see the same jump in behaviour compared to previous times.

You admitting at the last minute...just when I tell you im going to check logs does no good to me, or to the server. The server is better of without hackers who have been previously given a chance. You saying you wont do it again, is not going to solve or prove anything as you have already used up your chance, which shouldn't have been there in the first place.
