WELL! I got banned for "DUPED" Gold Apples or something from the compass. Yet i have no idea how i got them my guess is that Rusko (My Brother) Gave them to me at some point.

And to be honest If there is a dupe bug with a compass FIX IT! or at least ban the compass.

This is a unfair reason to ban me as like i said i have no idea how i even got them.

Also THANKS! for deleting all my items from my house "TheChosenOne_NZ"

I saw the huge amount of stuff in one of your chests, strangely it matches up to stuff you could dupe from the compass using an exploit.
As to 'Proof", we call that what was in your chest. And even if "given", you had to have a pretty good idea of where it came from.

So how did someone "give" it to you, and who do you want to throw under the bus?

Well it was given to me and how was i meant to know it's classed as duping! The items were given to me by "Extrem_Boss".
And just because it was in my chest does not mean i duped it!

Also I didn't know i could get banned from the server for having items that may have be duped that someone else gave to me!.

Also even though i had the items in my chest still isn't proof that i duped them!

And unless u had someone specing me and they seen that i was duping There was no reason for this ban, TheChosenOne_NZ Could have removed the items.

I think it's quite valid, so did Chosen, obviously.

The stuff is obviously duped, and you had it. Yelling "i'm innocent, my brother framed me" doesn't get you off the hook.

I'd suggest looking at other ban appeals. They have a few things in common.
1.) People don't keep yelling about their innocence.
2.) They apologize
3.) They promise not to do it again.

I wont take duped items from other players next time.
I'm not apologizing for something i didn't do. I never said he framed me! I said he gave me the items and i didn't dupe them.
So if i'm not going to get unbanned for this then this server has some issues!

Also, the coreprotect logs show that you had put the 64 diamonds inside that chest, as shown here:

And no one else was trusted to your claim, meaning you definitely knew about those diamonds blocks, and they did not accidentally come in your inventory, or as you mention it "my guess is that Rusko (My Brother) Gave them to me at some point."

So what I am trying to say here is, you clearly knew that the Diamonds you received from Extrem_Boss a.k.a your brother Rusko were duped, and yet you continued to abuse the glitch that had occurred, as well as lying to me in chat, about not knowing how your brother got them.

If you can explain this clearly and efficiently, we can look into unbanning you from our services.

P.S You could have told myself, or another staff member that you had duped items, and avoided all this. You called it upon you, we had even given you a chance to come forward in game

1: I never received any duped diamonds all diamonds in my inventory were legit(146 Diamonds) As for the diamonds in my chest yes i did know they were duped, but i deleted them.
2: I never used the glitch my brother did!.
3: I lied to you because i was protecting him, Wouldn't you do the same for your brother?

And i never did the dupe/glitch so i still don't see a valid reason for my ban!
Yes i had the items but that doesn't mean i duped them!

Another thing you could've done is just give them back to the person that gave them to you in the first place. The items clearly are not labelled as ordinary items, and when the person gave them to you, I'm sure you would've noticed that. But, you kept them, got caught etc. If someone is giving you something and you know you shouldn't have it, own up, get rid of them(the stuff...not the person xD).

Hey Donot,

1) As you mention, that you have "146 diamonds, which were legit", can you please explain how you got those 146 diamonds, when you have mined a single diamond ore for last 2 months.

2) You mention that you never used the glitch and that your brother did, explain this, how do we know that you were not on your brothers account, or that you simply made another account to dupe from that account and transfer to your current one, do you have any VALID reasons to prove that? Also you are just as guilty for taking the duped items because you used them to your advantage by selling them and getting more than $200,000 under in game economy. Which clearly proves that you sold those items to make profit by exploiting the glitch.

3) Saying "I lied to you because i was protecting him, Wouldn't you do the same for your brother?". No I definitely wouldn't break the rules to help someone out, if your brother was caught murdering someone would you lie to the cops about it? Cause if you do, you would be just as guilty in real life and they would jail you too.

And as for your last comment, I took those items from your inventory, and put them inside your main chest, to hold as evidence for future cases, such as this one.

Please explain.

1: I have had those diamonds for along time i haven't really been active over the past year or two.
2: I don't know my brothers account password and i don't have a cracked Minecraft launcher, I was also logged in at the time so how could it have been me!
3: Yes, I would do most things for my brother.

OK, well you can DELETE! all the items but the 146 Diamonds as like i said they are LEGIT!

I promise i will report any player in the future that gives me dodgy items.

Deleted sold same thing. Remove that amount of money from my char then idc i just wonna play MC!
TBH i don't care if i have to sit on a block and do nothing for 24 hours long as i can play the server again.
It's the only server i play and well if i can't play this server then i will play none!
