Can you please delete my character files as i keep timing out on your servers and i dont timeout on other peoples servers thanks

I'm going to assume that you actually have bigger problems than just your player data as thats obviously happening over a range of our servers, if you haven't already, join our discord and chat in #general to some of our staff there as its a bit easier to troubleshoot whats going on!

ok will do, i ran through all the standard things including reinstalling everything including java it was the last thing i could think of

if i login with my other character it doesnt timeout
