Complaint about Admins Ignoring one in need.

Dear Lolnet,

sorry if i put this topic in the wrong page, but i couldn't find the right page so i went here
I write to say that I am very annoyed how admins and mods are ignoring me when i need help. I have requested SEVERAL times for help, and yet none had replied. I then realized that they were ignoring me over WarWorld. I thought that Admins were here to help and organise players here on lolnet. I am not going to leave this server over this, but I hope that this will change.

Yes this is the wrong section, This is general Lolnet general discussion not Minecraft General discussion which if further down the page.

Firstly please name the Moderators or Admins you believed were ignoring generally accusing everybody is not taken kindly too. Secondly looking over the data I can see you made your first request for help at 3:37pm. You asked for a place to be zoned a PVP arena. Now not many of these are zoned on a regular basis and zoning them as you may already requires certain safeguards to be put in place, that only I usually zone on a regular basis for people. These safeguards are to ensure people aren't unwittingly thrust into a PVP arena without any warning. This is probably why you weren't assisted in the first place.

You then only had the patience to wait just 2 Minutes before complaining that mods were ignoring you. You filed your next request at 3:39pm telling mods to help you "Instead of ignoring me". Making multiple requests removes any priority Moderators have for you and accussing them of ignoring you after just 2 minutes is a bit ridiculous. I have had any occassions where I'm too busy dealing with players or following up on urgent requests where it takes me longer than 2 minutes to deal with them. The way this reads it sounds like you are ignored all the time round the clock and consistently. We know this is not true and Moderators have often very quickly responded to your requests. I have even taken an interest in your minigames working on your Tower Control and allowing your Zombie Arena to go ahead.

yes i understand that my patience isn't that great, but admins should have informed me about that they we're busy, or that they cannot allow me to set the zoning for the PVP arena. I am sure that they must have seen the mod requests i sent to them, but yet they ignore me. I think that they should tell the player first they they we're busy, just a suggestion, or else i wouldn't know if they we're actually ignoring me or just didn't want to help me. Anyways thanks 0zlw, i now understand.
