Schnicks was doing one of his good old games which I was having some fun with, as I am diamond donator, and uA, I can fly. So I was flying around spawn and towards the pvp arena, then I went over towards the statues and I sore Schnicks name inside the head of the statue of Schnicks. He said i was disqualified for flying but yet he clearly did NOT state that I couldn't fly. Now after I said the rule never was stated that I couldn't fly he simply said "I just made it now". Not only that but he furthermore temp-banned me for 10 mins?
C'mon Schnicks really?
