You made a modreq saying you were greifed, and when I told you that jjjr123 took it and if you would like a rollback, you said yes. So therefore it is classed are greifing, because you did not mention anything at that stage. If you were simply being greedy at that stage for more items, and forgot to mention/remember that he "lives" with you, there is nothing we can do to help you about that. He is almost through the jail, so its best to wait it out.
